All audio and video performances belong to Paden West, Padenmusic and Music Tree Productions and are not available for promotional use without the explicit prior written consent from Paden West, Padenmusic and/or Music Tree Productions. The exception to this is audio taping (no video) of live performances using only microphones (no wireless receivers). These audio recordings must be used for personal use or fan trading only. Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal. Posting audio on web sites for streaming to, or downloading by the public is illegal. Please email mgmt@padenwest.com regarding any questions, or to report a violation of use (i.e. commercial use of bootlegged recordings).

The exception is the video of Paden's Performance of "Running On You" recorded by Berklee College of Music at the Berklee Performance Center in August, 2006. All rights reserved by Berklee College of Music.
